Issued during your initial college admission, it carries your permanent TU Registration Number (e.g., 5-2-123-456-2018), your full name, enrolled campus, faculty, and admission year.
1. How to Get a Lost Card (Copy of Original)
If you lost your card, you can get a Copy of Original (Registration Memo Slip) from the Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCoE) in Balkhu.
