Required Documents

Original TU Registration Card: You must submit the original copy. If you have lost it, Do not worry. You can create it again at Controller of Examinations (OCoE) Balkhu itself. below is a sample of TU registration card.
Application Form: With the official campus stamp and the signature of your Campus Chief.
ID Card: Your original Citizenship Card or National ID Card issued by the Government of Nepal. Alternatively, you may show it via the Nagarik app, provided your photograph is clearly visible.
The Step-by-Step Process
Order matters when applying at the OCoE. Follow these steps to ensure your application is accepted on the first try.
Obtain the Form:Available online or at OCE Balkhu.
Download the "Migration Certificate Application Form" online or pick a physical copy up from the OCE Balkhu premises.
Get College Recommendation:
Take the form to your respective TU-affiliated college. The Campus Chief must sign the form, and the official college seal must be stamped on it.
Pay the Processing Fee:Global IME Bank.
Head to the Global IME Bank branch located opposite the OCE in Balkhu (or Kirtipur). Fill out the specific university voucher and deposit the required fee. Keep the bank deposit slip safe.
Submit Your Application:OCE Balkhu, Room 9.
Go to Room No. 9 at OCE Balkhu. Submit your stamped form, the original Registration Card, and the bank deposit slip. You will be given a computer voucher slip and directed to a specific room for final document submission.

Collection Timeline: You must collect your certificate within 35 days of submitting the application. If you fail to do so, TU OCE will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the document.
If you are unable to collect your certificate within the 35-day period, you will need to repeat the application process and pay the applicable fee again.
Important Rules to Remember
No Turning Back: Once your migration certificate is issued, you cannot take part in any further Tribhuvan University examinations.
One time Issue Only: Keep this document incredibly safe. If you lose your migration certificate, Tribhuvan University will not issue a new one or a duplicate.
Document Collection: When submitting the application, you must specify the full name and phone number of the person who will collect the certificate.
If you will collect the certificate yourself, you must enter your own name and phone number. The certificate will only be handed over to the person whose name is specified in the application.
If someone else will collect it on your behalf, you must enter the authorized recipient's full name and phone number during the application submission. Changes may not be permitted after submission.
